Chelsea Ready To Finalize £65m Move For Declan Rice (See Details)

Chelsea have once again revived their interest in signing former Academy player and West Ham United star Declan Rice who is worth £65 million.

The Blues were once close to sanctioning a move for their former Academy star who left them.

Rice has been an outstanding performer for West Ham in the outgone season which his masterclass was noticed by top clubs.
