Chelsea Set To Sign £20m Man City Out Of Favour Defender John Stones


Chelsea are willing to splash £20m for out of favour Manchester City defender John Stones after Nathan Ake move to the Etihad.

Frank Lampard is confident of reviving the former Everton defender career if a move is completed.

Chelsea will be hoping they can get John Stones after felling out of favour and with new signing Nathan Ake coming in.

The Blues will approach Manchester City with an initial £20m bid which is half of what he was sold by Everton in 2016, according to reports.

The Etihad outfit is ready to count their loss and offload John Stones to any Club willing to buy the player.


Frank Lampard is looking to make a total defensive overhaul in Chelsea and he is looking to bring in the 26 years old.

The player position at Manchester City is at risk as he wont be a first team starter so it is obvious he will push for a move.

After completing a deal for Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech and Rb Leipzig striker Timo Werner.


Lampard will be hoping to seal a move for Kai Havertz then turn his attention to finding a goalkeeper.

Also a total overhaul of Chelsea defense in order to fix errors which cost them a lot of goals conceded.
