Delta State Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa Appoints David Ogbeni As Special Assistant On Talent Development

Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has been commended over the appointment of Mr. David Onome Ogbeni as Special Assistant on Talent Development.

Mr. Ogbeni whose joy knows no bound disclosed this to newsmen shortly after picking up his appointment letter from the Secretary to State Government Office, Asaba, Delta State capital.

According to him, “when I received a phone call from the office of the Secretary to  State Government that my appointment has been approved by His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as Special Assistant on Talent Development, that I should come and acknowledge my letter of appointment, I was overwhelmed.”

Ogbeni who was one time Special Assistant to the Political Adviser to former Governor, Chief James Ibori and Personal Assistant to Patani Local Government Chairman among others reiterated his total commitment pioused toward spreading the Governor’s Stronger Delta Mantra to every part of the state.

As an actor, social entrepreneur, motivational speaker and a social mobilize, David Onome Ogbeni further revealed that he will use his political portfolio to unravel the untapped potentials among  Youths in Delta to complement Governor Okowa’s drive to building a stronger Delta.

Ogbeni who described Delta State as talent hub of the country expressed determination to help many young Deltans develop and build their talents to make lives meaningful for them.
