Erling Haaland first and second half was enough as Borussia Dortmund recorded a 0-2 over Rb Leipzig, KimTrendNaija reports.
Norwegian youngster, Haaland was on target twice as Dortmund managed a 0-2 win over Leipzig.
Timo Werner was a no show for Leipzig after completing his Chelsea move this week.
The German striker was unable to do anything for his side as they fell down to Dortmund at home.
Haaland scored the first goal in the 30th minutes of the game with an assist from Giovanni Reyna.
The first half provided much action but no goal was recorded as they were both unable to convert their chances to a goal.
The game resumed for the second half and Leipzig tried to immediately pull level but Timo Werner shot was wide.
Dortmund almost made it 0-2 but their finishing wasn’t good enough as they were unable to hit the target.
They still went on putting pressure on Leipzig as the game progressed but their chances came to nothing.
Haaland made it 0-2 in few minutes to end the match after scoring an easy goal to hand Dortmund the win.
The result sees Borussia Dortmund maintain their second position on the league table.
