The Supreme Court Of Nigeria Sitting In Abuja Today The 2nd of November Dismiss the suit brought up by The People’s Democratic Party and It’s Candidate.

Against the Honourable Speaker Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt Honourable Yakubu Danladi and It’s All Progressive Congress Member Representing Ilorin South Local Government of Kwara State.

Hon Hassan AbdulAzeez Elewu saying The honourable member of the house of Assembly filed the petition to revalidate his candidacy as flag bearer of All Progressive Congress during 2019 elections and that a Federal Hight Court As afiirmed is is Candidacy already Towards the build of the Election

Similarly an appeal Court of Ilorin will be sitting on November 9,2020 to hear Hon Hassan AbdulAzeez Elewu’s Appeal Against Jimoh Raheem Agboola and 4 others

It is Also Noteworthy to know That Hon Hassan AbdulAzeez Elewu’s remains the only member representing Ilorin South Constituency at the Kwara State House Of Assembly..
