‘We Can’t Play Manchester United’ – Lampard BLASTS Chelsea Players After Sheffield Defeat

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is furious at his players after an embarrassing 3nil defeat in the hands Of Sheffield United last night.

Lampard has now come out to criticize his players for a poor display in Sheffield defeat and warned his team:

“I have learned a lot and won’t forget”.

Chelsea top 4 hopes is now in danger after the blow at Sheffield which saw David McGoldrick’s scored twice.

It was a very poor display from Chelsea that left Lampard angry and he hopes Leicester City and Manchester United drops points.

Frank Lampard Talks About Chelsea 3-0 Defeat To Sheffield:

“They played better than us, all round, so we lose the match, they were much stronger.

“You hear every noise and all the noise i could hear was from Sheffield United players.

“Sheffield are a good team, if you come here and perform below poor you will lose.

We were slow and failed to get our wingers into the game.

We tried to control, which we did but failed to threaten.

“When 2-0 down you make it difficult, Very Disappointing.

“You analyse the match and review and move forward.

We need to forget that quickly and continue our fight for the top four.

I have learned a lot today and I won’t forget.

“I am less concerned about top four today, all I do is watch the games and consider what we do next.

But today I am not impressed with how we performed, we will see what happens when we play against Norwich.

“But we can’t play Norwich, Wolves or Manchester United like we did today.”
